This property's street address can be confusing. 13762 Jordanelle Parkway Unit K4 brings you to the backdoor of the townhome. The front of the townhome is really on the sidestreet Wasatch Springs Ln.

The owner keeps a car on one side of the garage. There is one remaining space for a mid-sized SUV in the garage and outdoor parking on the private driveway. No Street parking.
