LOCATION
Situated above the Jordanelle Reservoir and only 10 minutes from Park City, UT; this beautiful residence provides a peaceful setting while still being close enough to enjoy the local ski resorts as well as dining and shopping on historic Main Street in Park City.  Only 5.9 miles to Park City Mountain Resort and 7.2 miles to Deer Valley Resort; guests enjoy beautiful new construction while getting an incredible value compared to staying in Park City proper.  A car is recommended.

LIFT ACCESS
Drive to the main parking lot at Park City Mountain Village (5.9 miles) or the Cabriolet Gondola at the Canyons Village base area (8.2 miles).  Guests who prefer Deer Valley can access Deer Valley’s main parking lot at Snow Park Lodge (7.2 miles) or ski from Deer Valley’s convenient Jordanelle Express Gondola base area (7.4 miles).

THE RESIDENCE
This gorgeous 1,300 sqft townhome residence offers a second-floor single-level living space with a beautiful mountain contemporary interior perfect for family getaways.

WIFI INTERNET: Complimentary high-speed WiFi internet is provided within the residence.

LIVING AREA: The living space features a stone gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV surrounded by plenty of seating for a cozy conversation space.  Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and a sliding door offers access to an outdoor deck.

WORKSPACE: The owners have also supplied a lovely dedicated work area for those that still need to keep tabs on the office while on vacation. Perfect for conference calls and Zoom meetings

KITCHEN: The well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar located on the main level features KitchenAid appliances; refrigerator, gas range, large oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware & utensils, glasses, dishes, and silverware.

DINING AREA: The main floor dining table offers seating for six with additional seating for four at the nearby breakfast bar.

GARAGE PARKING: Complimentary parking for 1 vehicle is available in the attached garage located on the ground floor of the residence. Additional guest parking is available for one vehicle in the private driveway.

OVERLOOK RESTAURANT & ON THE ROCKS BAR: Located in Black Rock Mountain Resort hotel just 1 minute away (530 feet/0.1 miles) the menu features locally new american cuisine with locally sourced ingredients.  Favorites include gourmet burgers, made from scratch NY style pizza, wings pickled brined, smoked brisket chile, various sandwiches and salads, fig and brie grilled cheese, spicy fried chicken, pork Schnitzel, pan roasted local trout, and grilled herb crusted ribeye.  Open breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

THE MARKET & COFFEE BAR: Also located in Black Rock Mountain Resort hotel just 1 minute away (530 feet/0.1 miles) the Market features freshly roasted Hugo coffees, espresso/latte’s, breakfast paninis, bakery items, smoothies, and warm sandwiches.  Open daily from 8am - 3pm.

PARK CITY’S PROSPECTOR DISTRICT is only 4.8 miles away and features a variety of popular dining options.  Some of our favorites are Freshies Lobster Co., Sammy’s Bistro, Nosh, El Chubasco, Ganesh Indian Cuisine, Fuego Bistro & Pizzeria, and Grubsteak.
